Customer Service Representative (Evening Shift)

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's exceptional team in Bel Air, Maryland. This role requires an enthusiastic individual to handle customer inquiries efficiently during the evening shift. Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Assisting customers with questions, concerns, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Updating customer records accurately in the company's database.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapting to various customer situations and providing appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring all interactions align with company policies and standards.
• Providing feedback to improve customer service processes.
• Maintaining a polite and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Work Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday; Evening Shift (2nd shift).
